At Storm Tempest 3D Printing, your satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are custom 3D printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund. Just reach out and we'll get new ones shipped out as soon as possible.
